Suggestion to writer..just read MANU (A)DHARMA SHASTRA.., whatever discrimination are on women..is because of Manu dharma shastra, which was base for hinduism. dont you remember sssati, how widows trated, child marriages just before 200 years. its all implications of above said shastra.

Aryan invasion is a myth propagated to divide and rule us. Just google it.
Rapes, murders,drug use,child molestation, crime is there since centuries. So according to Suparna we should legalize it. During rockage people used to be naked..no families.... free for all. According to Suparna it's okay we should go back like that. We better be careful with these pseudo intellectuals. With perverted minds, they try to push their agenda with clever logic.
With people like them, the western world morality is messed up. In US currently 70% of the kids born don't have a father. Kids growing in these dis-functional families are developing mental problems...becoming rebels...growing in depression in spite of all the wealth they got.
We need to start a petition to media like Rediff to kick out people like Suparna. Let's send them west & let them live with porn stars & prostitutes.

Rama Rao just like like you I also disagree with some of the thoughts of the Writer.
However It IS A TRUTH that India is too harsh against Women and gives them UNEQUAL TREATMENT.
EXAMPLES ARE- 1] On banks of Ganga, 10000 MEN CAN STAND NUDE TAKING HOLY BATH- IT IS ACCEPTED. BUT A WOMAN WEARING JEANS CAN'T GO INSIDE TEMPLE AS IT IS AGAINST THE SO CALLED CULTURAL PEOPLE.
2] IN SEVERAL VILLAGES, A MAN IS ALLOWED TO SLEEP WITH WHORES & PROSTITUTES, BUT A WOMAN IS NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE HIGHER-EDUCATION.
Because - IT IS AGAINST THE SO CALLED CULTURAL PEOPLE.
3] A MAN CAN MARRY AS MANY TIMES AS HE WANTS, A WOMAN CAN MARRY ONLY ONCE.
4] IN SEVERAL PARTS OF INDIA, PAKISTAN & ARAB COUNTRIES, A WOMAN GOING ALONE ON THE ROADS AFTER SUNSET INVITES RAPES.
Because, OUR SO CALLED CULTURAL PEOPLE BELIEVE IT THEIR RIGHT TO RAPE A SINGLE AND LONELY GIRL.

100% desis when they come to USA, can miss anything but they make it a point to goto stripclubs. I havenet seen any white or cultured person going there. Also, prostitution... lol... look at Indian massage parlors.... India is jus a land of hypocrites who point fingers at others and live in denials. Else, we will definitely be what exactly we are supposed to be.
