Well with a lot of Ifs and Buts!!

Real Life..
Be very careful about the company u choose to work for... small or big! Ive personally experienced it for over 5 yrs. You dont care about the pay package and work blindly towards excellence.. the company will exploit you to the core. So it is wise to know your value and demand for it against your performance.

EDUCATION HELPS BUT EXP MATTERS
by nitesh kumar gupta on Jan 22, 2011 02:34 PM  | Hide replies

i am a post graduate engineer but i agree to the point that qualification does not make u a good manager, it only develops u r mind to think like a manager rest you have to learn from your job. Many cases you will see that education is left behind after may be 2 years of exp. what u have achived becomes more important in paper and in learning.
ITS SAID:-EXP IS BEST TEACHER BECAUSE IT GIVES THE TEST FIRST AND LESSON AFTERWARDS

The above mentioned is 100% correct, After finishing my MBA i was thinking that i will become a Good Manager and started implementing what all i learned from the author "Philip Kotler" but i was very wrong and i made all suc h mistakes and eneded up loosing my Job.
Then i started from the scratch and started applying more practical experience than the theoretical decisions in the new job and become success where as i now i became a branch Manager after 5 Years with good track record

inching towards perfection.
by INDER VIG on Jan 22, 2011 02:32 PM

Learning is a continual process and we must keep learning so as to inch towards perfection. Each and every one of us keeps a perspective but thats only a job, not our life. Its really important to become a good person and enjoy living a life rather than spending it.

I did not get your point. Where is the problem man........The author is just trying to simplify what ever he has learnt. Why r u getting pissed off over this.
Even our great Chanakya learnt quite few good things from animals such as lion, cock, donkey etc etc.
