How can she assume that every girl who attend 3tier B-school is like her cousin and interested only in marriage. I dont agree that those students did not know English. You cant pass high school without knowing basics of English. What they lack is the confidence to speak and familiarity with spoken english. I agree with the author that MBA graduates cant shy away from speaking English and the business schools should help students to develop personality. At the same time, there is no need to be so condescending. There should be some respect to those students. Anyway they are not going to shy away from English forever. I have one question to Rashmi. What is the actual purpose of MBA ? Is it only for producing white colar coolies doing outsourced work for wall street ? isnt the ultimate objective is to teach them business ? Are the top business schools successful in creating entrepreneurs

If you are thinking you can not pass high school without knowing basics of English, think again; obviously you are not in touch with reality.
Self styled commentators like Rashmi Bansal unfortunately epitomise the mediocrity that becomes all pervasive in an economy that is growing too fast. I don't disagree with her claims but she should provide evidence which is beyond a phone call from a cousin. But then she isn't a researcher only a commentator, who has always been mired in medicority which a website like Rediff most readily endorses.
This lady rashmi is a liar. She always calls herself an IIM graduate. Truth be told, she never graduated from IIM, she dropped out / kicked out from IIMA after 1 year.

Can you give some evidence on her being expelled or dropping out. How and why should we believe you? Give one good reason with proof.
This lady Rashmi bansal is a big lier herself. She always calls herself an IIMA graduate, however the truth is she did not completed her graduation there. She droped out / kicked out after a year.

could be true. She is one of those who have no class and are hopelessly outdated and make these kind of outrageous reviews to attract attention.
I know some top IIM gra who works in Pepsi north India and responsible for ousting Sachin from Pepsi.Result Coke has grabbed this golden opp before WCup.
while i was travelling in a local train in Mumbai, i heard a co-passenger talking to his friend. "Buddy there are only two types of MBA in this country, MBA from IIMs and other is MBA in sales." the line stuck to me, and i started interacting these guys, only to find out tht both have done MBA (Finance) from some college in Mumbai, joined a brokerage firm and now busy selling to clients... i just went back and gave this a thought and realized tht most of MBAs really are salesman only, though of diff types. Only those from IIMs and top B Schools get jobs in their area of interest. for rest all its all abt selling. really there are only two types of MBAs...
"The progress of a society can only be measured by the progress its women have made" said Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar.
All the progress that these 'previliged' Indian women have made is go to MBA school to hook MBA Boys and to watch Balagi tv serials afterwards. Rural women work and contribute to their society. Urban women have become parasites. on top of that they feel no shame in getting married through dowry that cripples their parents

Ambedkar was a parasite responsible for a virus called "reservation". The CANCER has still not stopped spreading(Gujjars in Raj. etc).
India would have been a much better country had Ambedkar been a stillborn.

If he converted to Buddhism, the question of caste didn't remain.
You see, that is the problem. There are Christians, Muslims and even Sikhs in India who are claiming SC/ST/OB/whatever reservation! WHY? They converted to a religeon which doesn't recognise caste, to proclaim their rebellion. But they don't want to miss a chance to grab the reservation, even if it was their great-grandfather who converted.

Women should work. They should not live like leeches but other responsibilities of household and kids should be shared equally by our Men.
