If south indian children, and by logical extension, south indian populace is so decent, then why most of the adult films are made in South India only.

sex with condom seems to be a weird idea... there are some who might have sex with vaccum cleaner, then with condom one can only jerk off...
Prostitution should be legalised first,punishment for rape must be reduced considering it a mental disturbance(actually it is) youngis framed for attempting rape must be booked only after their listening. What is happening is not Indian culture, we are following Europe, why not make all rules on that pattern.
