dear , you are foolish and your thinking is foolish. I amj 62, never know head ache, stomach. Can you tell this. I am loved always strong and helthy in my life. Can you tell this. I never got feaver in the past 12 years and once the periof was even 22 years. can you tell this? i have never seen a non veg person of my age stronger and healther than me ( I maen norman people , and not body builders, with whom I am not comparing with regard to strenth. do not be foolish and under illusions.

do u know.. ur body constantly kill all the bacteria, fungus and viruses that enter ur body ..without u knowing the fact.

well as you have pointed the fingure to nature, I can surely prove that man has evolved to be vegetarian, physiologically speaking the in the course of evolution the intestine of man is too long, a significant sign of vegeterian, and man have molars not the sharpen cannines for tearing the meat

the teeth formula is 2124 .. that means 2 incisors, 1 canine, 2 premolars and 4 molars.. that means 4 canines in all..

So goat, Chicken, egg, milk etc is not from nature... Only what potatoes are from nature.... Ha ha ha ha....
Mind is body. Fresh water and good sun light is enough to keep one healthy. But its the mind that matters. Healthy veg food or non veg or lacto veg or whatever veg is all nonsense. Awareness matters, better awareness creates better shield, for a better awareness one needs to be honest with oneself, be a good person. To be a good person you have to question what is to be good or what is good? this inner search alone can keep oneself healthy on the whole. Find out why should you stay healthy? why do you even want to live? go to your source start from zero, keep questioning, keep asking why? if you are not interested in search then you are unfit to desire to be fit and healthy. Nothing wrong in not searching, anyways all are mortals, the samosa will be eaten slowly in hundred years or less.
most common amongst vegetarians are the lacto vegetarians. a wholesome balanced diet is required. there's nothing that is not available in veggies and milk. a blanced diet would mean the vegetarians will have to eat a wide variety of foods and make it a habit to consume lots of fruits and raw leafy veggies. even non vegetrians have to consume some amount of greens and fruits to supplement their diet of non veg.

Any living creature with flush and blood is a non vegetarian. Egg is exeptional (would be non vegetarian)
