There is absolutely no quesion of bad idea. IT is rather good idea to be a pure veretrian. I am a lacto vegetrian, 62, very strong all my life, never know what is a stomch ache, a head ache, never got a feaver in the last 12 years, and it was even 22 years, in which I never got a feaver. I personally know pure vegetarlins living up to 100 years. We feel it is a good idea to remain as vegetarian, becasue , we are not directly or indirectly responsible for the killing of innocent animals for the sake of our stomach. The author is probably a non-veretarian, and have no concept about all I have written and has written this article based on guessing and based on only the nutritious part of veretarian food. The author least bothered about the fact that even in Europe, and easteren countres thers is a percentage of people, who believe that it is sin to kill the animials for eating. The tile gives me trouble, and not on the beliefs of people, which can not be the same.
Though the caption of the article SHOUTS that vegetarianism is a BAD IDEA, content does not support that claim. On the contrary, the article clearly shows that vegetarian diet does not lack anything if one is careful. I am thankful to the content but absolutely detest the bad taste of the caption.

Hi, Thanks for your comment. I am a vegetarian; I will read the article later, too late for today. Just to add fun, your name is One Liner, but you have written 3 lines.

Thanks One Liner for taking my comment in a lighter vein and adding more humorous touch. I have been travelling abroad for 25 years and remain a vegetarian. Narasimhan R, Houston, Texas.

I agree that the content is not good enough. However, totally agree with the caption. They could've made the contents more elaborate and to the point.
