As an IIM graduate & working as a manager I'm sure you must have managed teams, which made you their boss and in your own words a dumb ass. May be u can tell us if you are dumb, very dumb or un imaginably dumb. I do not understand how one can make such a statement. I can agree with types you have set out but labelling all bosses as dumb is actually a very dumb thing to do & asking the readers to suck up to your boss only shows what kind of an employee you must have been........be sure ur kids read the book as i'm sure ur the boss of the house

True. This is a nonsense topic. Vijay Nair is a typical Coconut tree climbing Keralalite who thinks he's god's gift to the world of literature.

Only his friends and well-wishers will buy this book. Flop show.

True, even some of the best software engineers abroad are high school or college dropouts, same goes for any other creative profession.

The point is that the absolute lack of imagination and over dramatic theme that is churned out by the so called MBAs who idolize Mr.Bhagat is alarming.

Maybe there will be coaching classes soon for this too.

We in India only have seen total dumb - our politicians/bureacrats, how they are behaving to remove corruption is now very clear to every man. To keep their seat Dumbness they have no one can match with it. Such shamelessness no where can be seen. Bravo to all.
