I have not received my IT Refund for the past two years. My agent also enquired from the IT Office and told me that it is going to be received by me by 31st March 2011. However, I have not yet received so far. I am an Income Tax payee from 1973-74 onwards, and I never faced any difficulty during the entire period of my service career. Now I am a Senior Citizen (68 years old). Will the concerned authorities be kind enough to look it the matter and arrange my refund at the earliest please ? PVVR SWAMY
I am yet to receive refunds for past 4 yrs. My tax consultant also visited IT office several time and written a letter also with copy to commissioner. Can I now go to an Ombudsman to for expedite matter
I got a email stating I am entitled to refund of Rs.90 with a rider that amount below Rs.100 will not be refunded. If so, can I adjust in next year Income Tax payable?
