Income Tax returns has been regularly submitted but no refund for the past three years worth Rs.8000/-, Rs.11,000/- and Rs.5000/- when will these refunds be got from income tax department with 5% interest.

The IT return dept is very useless in Hissar or else. Each time u visit them to waste u r time the 3rd class beggars say it is under process. Isn't it they should be whipped mercilessly!-dr.v.g.rana
The website always telling that YOUR ASSESING OFFICER HAVE NOT REFUNDED YOUR AMOUNT..These IT people have not returned my REFUND since last 6 years!!! They have eaten up my hard-earned money!!! I am not able to under stand why this of site are appears when its useless.
I've also seen my refund status and it says reviewing officer has not credited the amount to my bank. My CA has told me that unless I pay Rs 5000 the officer as a bribe I won't get my cheque. I have refused to pay.
I know this site. Since last 6 months I am getting same message that the reviewing officer has not credited the amount to bank yet. The assement year was 2009-10 and I do know whether I am gonna get my money or not.

Good System.I have received my refund in my account.I have not received my earlier years refund where I have not Opt for ECS.
