There may be many suggestions on how to quit smoking, however i feel if a smoker wants to quit smoking he should decide "Thats it am not gonna smoke anymore".Being a smoker myself i did it and its almost a year now that am smoke free.

'How to quit smoking'

1. The person must have first desire to quit smoking.
2.He must not carry packet of cigarette with him or keep any cigarette at home.If required, he /she has to buy only one at a time. This the first lesson he or she has to follow srtictly.
3.Don't accept any offer from your friend or any body.
4.Take cigarette 3/per day i.e.morning, after lunch and last one after dinner.Continue it.Take only black TEA (liquor tea only)of Darjeeling green leave tea with flavour adding minimum sugar as much as you can in a day.
5.After a few months, try to reduce to one in a day as per your dire necessity i.e at toilet time.
6. After a few months, try to take no cigarette and practise it continuously.
7.Again I tell, first thing is your strong desire to quit smoking.Whenever you will take a cigarette, repent, abuse yourself, annoyed upon your bad habit.

if wishes were horses beggar would ride on it......what desire can do? hae desire for many things to do........it does not work out like this.

again you support to buy at occassiona and allow to smoke. you contradict yourself.

not accept from friend, but make enemy your friend. accept and smoke.

start with 3/day, check your stamina and than add accordingly. this advises is for the new comer and newer .....not for chronic chain smokers

so first kick start, start with 1 and than go to 3 per day. and after you have fun and feels addicted, try to lower down to 3----2---1---zero. this advise for new comer.

after few months see what happens to you, whether you are alive? whether you enjoy your work? you enjoy sex? girl friend? food? city? if not enjoying.start cigarate immediately. go up to 3 per day and than test your power.

if still don't work, check your desire!

Govt of India has invested Rs.28,000 Crore in ITC to promote smoking in India. It is biggest scam than Adarsh Society and Telecom scandal. Check on SEBI website or NSE website.
