First of all u must have staunch desire for quit smoking. then u reduce the number of cigarett day by day. gradually and eventually u can achieve to quit the habit of smoking.
It has to be a dedicated attempt to stop smoking, as its not easy once you have got into that habit. 1. Try not going out for a break with smoking colleagues. 2. Have a Polo and whenever you feel like smoking have a polo and just distract yourself from that temptation. 3. Having quit smoking myself, I can swear it does ease your wallet a lot. I can very well say my monthly mobile bill electricity bill = smoking cost.
Everytime you succumb easily to temptation and light up, make sure at the end of the nicotine injecting smoke you don't throw the butt away or crush it under your shoe. But pull down your trousers and extinguish the burning end by grinding it against your bare, tender bum-skin. I am proud to say I gave up smoking - Of course, my bum is pockmarked with butt-burns! So what! But I did it! I kicked the habit! Eh!
during recent trip south india of 3 states, i rarely found anybody smoking!!! I think this is an INCREDIBLE ACHIEVEMENT!! before one decade just about..everybody..smoked!!
its bcos of the laws and fines.this example shows the way to ACHIEVE things in India. have fines and large scale advertising on tv,media etc and anything can be achieved.HOPE THE GOVT. IS LISTENING. ------------------------ personally i quit smoking by just reducing intake slowly. it took 2 years to do it..
BUT I am still in support of MariJUANA smoking..as I think its good for medical probs esp dysfunctional people, high blood pressure etc.
