This time,Strict measures were taken by Maharastra Board to prevent copy. Hence there was very less(almost negligible) copy this time. I dont know what is the connection between this event and very low result of Latur in HSC exams. But some relation of this event of prevention of copy must be there with Low result in Latur.
True , this is Not a positive approach towards passing of XII; but everyone is in RAT race, I am from Aurangabad , near to Latur i have seen those pass outs students from latur colleges , got admitted to professional colleges ; but have miserably scored in those 4 .1/2 years , ultimately in practice as ' professional' were so so.....

For your kind information, even though CM is from Nanded, Nanded has got the lowest pass paercentage in whole Maharashtra - 25%
