Why we do not accept the reality that our society has caste system distribution. Why upper caste people are not in favour to give proper social, economic and political share to backward classes. This campaign is a conspiracy against obc the mejority class.
we are living in modern India where every people have their right. But some people (i think u know to whom i speak) use their right in wrong way. Indian Constitution is written that all people have right and we cannot discriminate people among caste,religion,sex etc.But on the other hand we give reservation with respect to caste,religion or sex. u don't think this is look like joke of democracy writting contradicting statement in same page and talk about welfare and country growth. i m truly against caste census and reservation.I think we should start campaign against reservation and quota free india.....people plz reply and support me...

It will be great if these voices can go anywhere, it is time to abolish caste system not to remind people of its existence, it was used by Britishers to divide India why government is using this now..
not Only illetrate person but highly educated family in India are destroying future of their child on shake of Castism only.I met a Brahman family who are emotionally forced their higly educated daugter to get divorced with her husband because he was not belong to their casteven if he is well educated,we need a tough decioson individually not only politically to demolish the mountain of this cast.we are all human being creted by one lord.And no body is here forever
Bring in the civil code-- if all Indians are equal, then why we have different rules.

I think, census should have caste in it no matter whether there is reservation system or not. It's preferred not to have reservation system, but definitely govt. should give incentives to the poor and/or lower caste ppl to uplift them. Caste is nothing but a profession that one's ancestor used to do in the early days and looks like most of us are forgetting it just because they got deviated into other type of professions. Respecting one's caste is more or less like respecting one's own ancestors without whom we wouldn't be on this earth. I believe, culture came after the caste and when we want to follow the culture initiated by our ancestors from the respective castes, then what's wrong in sharing one's caste??
Since we have the reservation system in place, a better caste census would always help the govt. (UPA or NDA) in many ways such as allocation of the funds for the poor from all the castes irrespective of lower or upper castes as both categories have poor people.
Finally, have faith and try to simply follow what Gandhiji has said - "One has to be the change that they wish to see in the society".
these so called "pseudo secular"have divided the Society in many ways like forward caste, backward caste,SC/ST/mbw/ebw/minority community.the 'Hindu'are divided in by taking out Sikhs / jains out of the fold.the Rift Created by CONGRESS during 1984 between Hindus& sikhs have not been Backfilled.PM and SONIA is under pressure to hold powerby all means , so under pressure from sp/RJD Caste Based Census allowed , but now again reconsidering.

Can all the above "secular" non-casteist people (some of them may be brahmins / Reddy's etc. from higher castes) give their daughters, sisters & Other relatives in marriage to dalits who have equal financial status? If that is possible then i truly support his campaign, otherwise everything is just Bu11sh*t......

In this century, are women a lifeless property that can be GIVEN or Gifted? People are free to love and marry whosoever they want.
