It is a proud moment for Abishek having lived and studied in such hostile conditions. He really has a brave heart to achieve his goal. We should salute Abishek and hope he inspires more people.
They have realised that becoming IAS and looting public money is not gonna help. time has changed. Its time of privatisation and globalisation. we live in a global family. we better wake up now or it will be too late.
Great going Abhishek! Wishing you success in your future endeavours and hoping that your success would enthuse and serve as an example for others to emulate.
you got 154 rank still going for aerospace... why not computers, electronics electrical mechanical .... remember all aerospace engineers work as IT engineers at the end of the day...

another thing... just request rediff not to publish lot of rubbish... this guy had free of cost coaching for same time period as others... add that others would have to cough up 50000 for the same rubbish that abhishek got for free from bansal... please understand this guy had little pressure... and if mr abhishek has cleared in quota ... i won't take him seriously either...

You seem to be implying that since he had free coaching, there is nothing extraordinary in his achievement. If you truly believe that to be the case, considering his economic background and his social status as such and how our society can be so cruel towards the deprived, there is no point in discussing anything with you; I can only pity that you cannot see the obvious. As for any complaints you have about this lad having access to free coaching, that grouse (if for whatsoever reason you have one) must be taken with the man who coached him, not this kid.

Ravi, One more thing with your "another thing..." It doesn't matter what you do, what matters is how you do. He stood 154 rank, that it self speaks about his capability. Why would he require quota. And the other part is his tuition fee, what is wrong in helping a deserving canditate who is economically backward? Doesn't he have the right to education? You know who succumb to pressure, can't succeed. What is wrong if Mr. Bansal helped him? Were you good enough to be helped? He studied without electricity, what's is your qualification to comment on his success? You are one of those who can't do good in life even if you are given all the heavenly comfort. So better shutup and stop crying.

there is always space at the top, if you have the ability. So tax money or no tax money spent, quota or no quota the real deserving would hit the top. The tax money is used for the good of the society also, not for the wards of the tax payers. It applies to all.

Mr ravi kumar.from your statement i under stood that, you are having a characterstic of a crab means no talent should go ahead. On this tremendous succees of a poor student you should have felt rather pround that our country is having such a hidden talent. As a responsible citizen of india , definitely i wii go forward for financial help for his higher study , if get an oppertunity. Hence i advice you to amend your attitude and remove your coloured sun glass and look the realities of life. hope with your growing age your views will be changed.

Ravi, Stop being stereotype. One chooses what he wants, all fields have enough opportunity for bright and successful candidates be it Aero or Civil. If you chose something and joined the rat race then don't think you have done any thing great. Don't expect everyone to be like you, courageous are those who take a different path and they comeout with flying color. I WISH ALL THE LUCK TO ABHISHEK FOR WHATEVER HE DOES.

Didn't quite understand what you mean. When you say "develop guys" - whom are you urging? Who are 'guys'? The reservation quota people? Or the others? Who will the world see as sick -- reservation quota people, or the rest? Please clarify.
