I am a freelancer consultant for a project. In my 3 decades of experience working with reputed companies,I can confidently say that being "HONEST"at the interview is the best policy.I have never read any books for guide lines before attending the interview. But I got selected for good jobs at reputed organisations.I told my children also the same.Be "HONEST" in giving answers at the interview.nowadays it has become a fashion for youngsters to expect too much even before proving themselves at any work. The transition from 'STUDENT" to "employee" they have to understand.I tell all youngsters who come to me for counselling to be 'HONEST" in giving answers to any questions.
