Don't Blame HRD for your failures
by Dhananjaya R on Feb 17, 2010 11:27 AM  | Hide replies

Whoever is blaming HR or the HR department have to think twice before they could even blame others. Rediff has just gave an example as to how a Resume or CV should be made presentable so that it attracts more people and in turn help you all. Instead of looking into a broad prospective you all started blaming the HR department. Irrespective of what others believe HR department is the most important department for any company to run effeciently and it is a department which scrutinize all the fake candidates for the smooth functioning of the company irrespective whether it is a small sized company or a big corporate. I can understand people who are blaming the HR department is due to their failures and trying to calm themself down by blaming the HR department. HR department is an asset in itself for any company and this is the truth irrespective of what others think.

About Freashers
by smita sinha on Feb 17, 2010 08:48 AM  | Hide replies

U always talk about key skill, work experience etc. to be mention in his/her cv to be noticed by the employers. But what a freasher should mention in his/her cv beside academic qulification and achievements so that his/her cv may be reviewed and even selected. Because till now i,ve seen that any recruiters seriously pay attention towards the freasher,s cv.

There is a group called Vardhman Group of Companies with HQ at Ludhiana. This group gives preference to freshers and believe in grooming its own managers instead of hiring professionals.

Hi,

Every HR person is there to support his/her management to save money, generate profit out of the best resource he/she hunts for the organization. So whether it is freshers or professional, the key to success lies in how best you can present your abilities with the best of the confidence. Everything I believe lies is how best you can sell your self in an interview for the customer ( that is HR personnel) gets impressed towards a purchase .... cheers
