Let our It cos. be product oriented cos. rather than service oriented which is short term and our young generation are bonded labourers who knows nothing about outside world market and hios value in the chain is zero
.. Do you mean to say that the Fresher training in Infy imparts team building skills, improves communication & removes the mugging culture/method in your employees. If yes, can you confirm on what basis do you judge/rate them as any kind of exams need muggers.. :)
