I agree with you. I work for a medium size, 2000 people, company. I interviewed many people from these top companies. They are worse than some of the startups in terms of knowledge and skills. The smaller organizations provide you opportunity to learn and apply mupltiple skills. Big companies have become production houses. It is like somebody only knowing the clutch and not the accelerator of the car.
Many education land lords with huge engineering institutes with hidden capitation fees,such colleges are ownedby,run by rich corrupt people,for corrupt and spoiled children of rich people,in indian democrracy of rich people only,by rich corrupt educationist cum politicians land lords as a businesss with one time investment and fruits permanent.
second thing suppose any candidate from middle class is talented,then he is never educated about career avenues in school,college,so adopts parents wishes without any guidance from system,so he lacks comunication skills in his own house first,then heis overpowered by less educated jealous bosses to ruin his/her careers, also if you talk anything non sense in English,then you are good communicator????
