Sir, I have B1/b2 visa which is valid till 2017 and till i did not go to USA. Now I want to go US with my wife, she does not have Visa, Can she got the Visa. and what is the procedure. kindly guide me.
I applied for j-1 visa trough work and travel program. It denied last and this year, because of misunderstood question that my English was poor. I had already got my job offer and I am a full time student. Can I reapply imidiatley after denied j1 visa? My sponsor was my sister is that would be less chance to approve the visa?
