I am 27,I applied with my mum and two siblings and We were issued a B2 visa but with an annotation to travel with mother, I intend traveling with her this summer but subsequently I would like to go on my own as I love to travel a lot. Please what can be done.
I am working in current company for 7.5 years now and in the current company they are going to process L1B visa for me, I have the experience certificate of immediate previous company, but previous to immediate previous company i have lost the experience certificate some where and i came to know that company also closed(please note that this is 10 years before experience),Will it be a problem to apply L1B visa? please advise how to proceed further
hi sir, i have applied for a c1 transit visa , my visa was stamped in my passport . But when i checked it visa class was given as B1/B2 , can i travel as it is or i need to correct my visa.Please kindly clarify and help me in this regard
Hi Sir, I have visited USA on B1/B2 to buy an IT consulting company. I went to USA in September to finalise the deel. At that time I was given Deferred action at the port of entry and asked me to attend for interview after tw months. I attended the interview and i showed him all documents relating to my purchase of the company. But the officer did not listen and told me I have to take volunteer departure from the country and to re enter USA i have to come with a proper visa. Now I am going to apply L1A as an intra company transfer becaz I am the owner of an Indian company and also I bought the company in USA. My concern is does the cancellation of B1/B2 visa will have any effect on my new L1a visa? Please clarify my concern since I have invested nearly "HALF MILLION USA".
