Just got married. My husband is a US citizen and has applied for a dependent visa for me. The processing is taking time. Can I visit USA before I get my dependent Visa ?
Hi, Back in 1999 I was to fly to USA as it was my parents wish. I never wanted to go to USA at that time and at the interview I requested the visa officer to deny my visa. He cautioned me that it will have implications for future visa and did issue a rejection letter on the grounds of 'insufficient evidence to return to the country after education'. Now after 10 years I wish to go to USA as a tourist but afaird to mention my visa was rejected before. I even hold a new passport as I lost the one which had the seal" US Embassy Application Received" Should I mention my true situation in the current application? Would it be a hindrance to get tourist visa?
