Genius never work for a company or work for very short time and then start his own company. Talent stays for very short duration in a company. Average/Mediocre works for around 3-4 Yrs in an organization. Duffers stays for longer period in an organization. These are the lessons which you will learn in real life and not in iim.
I share his views. I studied MBA from a premier institution part time. After few years I have seen a lot of my batchmates are reaching the top not because they are MBA, but bcoz they are very street smart. Me I continue to do the same, business. but MBA has given me importance many aspects like, HR, Finance etc. But in terms of basic skill it offers nothing
