One of the "Progressive"-minded States in India has not only exempted the divorce-seeking women from paying the court fees, but has left it entirely to the women to select the venue of her choice and convenience where the proceedings are to be held. This is nothing but an incentive and encouragement for the women to go in for destruction of the instituition of marriage itself.

hey..there is good and bad both in this world..its upto each individual onto thmesleves as to what they should take....one cannot blame anyone for what is written.....the person to blame is the reader as if he/she is offended by the title..just change the page or do something else.....its clearly mentioned as a story that the female never even dreamt of the D word but .....this is life...things happen .......some good and some bad......get real people
