Nice tips. But something else for the interviewees to take note of: Be wary of people who paint a very rosy picture. Remember, the company should be able to live up to the claims or you will want to leave when the truth is learnt.

At the outset, you need to figure out the growthof an organization before you go for an interiew. So many question can be raised by the employer and in turn you need to assess the question first and answer what is needed for the development level make use of your multi skill and your answer should be question to the employer to enable them to analise you before you are appointed. Though most of the organization talk big about the atmosphere and culture etc but ultimately none of them stop politics in the company which they should ensure not sticking in the long run.Knowledge and academic is entirely different and employer should not mix up before interviewing the candidate. Most of the candidate gained knowledge from the institute where they studied but the employer must give them a chance to gain skill from the industry to work by using the employee for the suitable positionto develop and bring the company to number one level.
