If you are job seeker dont follow this article in spirit. Be careful to put your questions and it should be more of taking clarifications rather than irritating the interviewer. Most of the time the interviewers will certainly have their ego built up as they are in authoritative position during the interview and in India, you need to be careful. Best approach is to get clarity about your package and if want ask about your role in the company. Reporting authority, training, system acclamitations, etc are all important but it will follow automatically. Some of the companies may not have structured approach and by asking your questions may lead to their thinking of you teasing them and you will not get your job. Be careful and do not fall prey to these type suggestions. I am telling you based on practical experience and wish you good luck.
