Really very heartening work by Rishi. His views are of not a Matriculate boy but like a 35 year old and these are perhaps due to sudden demise of his mother, who in my opinion was a great lady. It is a matter of fact that God always calls back such person very soon and that could have been the turning point in Rishi's life.
We really need person like Rishi in poltics who will serve the people and not gain power. Iam sure Rishi will crack IIT exams as well in 2011 and will go a long way in his life.

A person IQ is extremely important with hard work. Some people study 10 hrs a day but will not perform anywhere near the best. Smartness, ability to think in the right direction, along with a decent memory are important in success in any field. One should not fall for statements like " i studied only 5 hrs a day" cause its all intrinsic.
