I am highly inspired by your advise and thanks a million times for sharing the experience esp. the lay off thing. I recently left my job and now due to so called recession many companies are totally USING people.. Better off as a freelancer.. trust me. Its a waste to work in corporate slavery and tolerate that shitty politics... better start ur own business or work as consultant basis.
