Thanks Manish for sharing your experience and insights.. I admire your achievements at age of 36...Long way to go but indeed you know your path now.. Hope we meet sometime..though have not reached the pinnacle like you but have ambitions and am sure it will happen... I liked this particular line of ur mom "Even if you are a sweeper, that's okay, as long as you're the king of sweepers." Frankly nobody told me this but I have been an ardent follower of this theory...no job is small as far as u make that job big..Thanks Buddy..

I hv also been laid off after 3 years of my service....... my dreams shattered...... and I took some drastic step.... but my friends and family helped me a lot.... thanx to share your nice and genuine story... all the best for your future endeavours..
