well thats what is call a true achiever... people may argue that whatever Dr. Tulsi did was for his own sense but if he joins one of the IITs or IISC to continue research for India all the hard work he has put will not only reap laurels for him, his alma mater but also his country :). Poor knowledge . Read the papers . Dr. Tulsi is from north and the fellow claim turning water into petrol was a sonth Indian .

no, he is different, Mr, Ramar pillai is that petrol man, but there was some controversy on Dr. Tulasi also, iam not able to remember........

it was about turning human urine into petrol. He was working with sulabh international at that time.
