The supreme court has disallowed to expel reserved candidate who failed miserably in IIT s,it is IIT's responsibility not only provide admission but to provide pass marks as well.
So a candidate scoring ZERO in medical entrance exam can get into a reputed institute , it is institute's responsibility to make him pass.
