We all are so focused on 'career' and the word replaces our life. all of us are running for a living and forget to have a life. Job/career is just means to have a better life, its not the life. With all the work at the workplace, it’s easy to be lost and get embroiled in the increasing workload. It is very important to find the job feature in the career plan. Determine what additional skills you need to develop to make yourself more marketable.
To give yourself a competitive advantage, analyze what other employees in your field are offering. It is not enough to emulate them; you must strive to differentiate yourself by offering something extra, something unique in your career.
In short job and career both are equally important. Careful planning of career is important while doing the job.
Indian companies pay peanuts to its employees when compared to European and US Firms. Indian government treats population like cockroaches. Educational institutions charge money but never justify or accountable for the fees taken.
Largely anything assoicated with government is too faulty and everything associated with private is too costly.
So leave the choice to average Indian and do not give your foolish Gyan..
Talent trackng or Hiring companies do nothing other then earn out of the talented guys.
My suggestion look for Europe and US to settle down for a good career, growth and dignity.
