I have seen such a honest and reallistic article after such a long time in a local web site.surprisingly it is so practical to implement and hypocricy nil to all who read.

sir i think you are absolutely correct but the attitude should be the rite one and ones u bring all this points righten above in your attitude your behavior will be perfect because values and behavior only comes from the attitude you chose

repitition of heads ie Grammar, driving license??? is that a soft skill, Number 1 Math ??? isnt that Quantitative aptitude?? Again Knowledge of Fractions??? Use of Rulers??? what is that supposed to mean??? Kindly do a thorouch check of articles posted here and ensure deserving writers are not sidelined in the process by posting absolute third grade articles
Looks like saying my I know a, b, c, d....z, instead of saying I know alphabets! Use Thesauraus, you can even expand this 60 to 600 or 6000. Please be realistic in what you say. The 60 can be reduced to a meaningful 10. If the candidate is incompetent enough not to know what these 10 means he is not fit for the job.
