Soft skill never kills.
by vishwanath sriram on Sep 05, 2013 07:03 AM

Sometimes it is like killing self. You practice skills by intense observation of the skilled.
Kids imitate by observing elders in learning even the mother tongue.May B im wrong?
Sometimes it's hereditary.Not4 everyone.
Skills are cultivated by practice/training by recognised masters of skills. It's an art to learn and be successful in life. Skills being abstract U shd find the degree of schievement by performance and the outcome of the result.

improving commmunication is not a bigdeal be
Be active when ur speaking others.
build eye contact(that shows ur concentration)
when ur speaking to a person feel like i can handle this person
be a audible to a person that whom ur speaking to so he will be intrested to listen to u .
be little loud so the person concentration will be on u
take a practice by talking in front of the mirror the would increase ur confidence level

The basic aspect is to perfect the
language before communicating and no excuses for grammatical mistakes in speaking/writing etc.pl.edit your comment to be more precise without errors in language.your comment is very good otherwise.

A man possess all skills inherently.
The potential part has to be recognised by his own auto thinking and impartially accept if he lacks some skill.Imbibe skills by concentration, practice which makes a perfect win-win situation.
