My eating patterns are normal as others but im unable to gain weight..

sir iam 33yrs.my weight is 88kgs& 5.6". how can i lose weight. sleeping immeditaly after haveing lunch r dinner will gain weight.can we sleep in afternoon.will lemon water help in losing weieht. ple letme now some more tips to lose weight.

I am 24 yrs old and I weigh 45 Kgs. I want to gain weight. As i eat very slowly, i cant eat more. i want to eat fast also. But not able to. Suggest me.

i nm 24 yrs n weigh 50 kgs......plz tell me some kinn aof excercises so tat i cld reduce my belly n put it in shape..........plz advice me a proper dietry plan also

hi,
Am 29 yrs old female ht- 5.6, weighing 65 kg. Tendency to put on easily esp on lower part. Have high cholestrol( 300), is it ok, if i do gym, incl treadmill, cycling and streching for an hr.also try to follow healthy diet plan. How can i lose wt fast and is this excrcise routine fine, see my cholestrol levels
