is there any solution to gain height, am 28 with 4.8 height an married with 8 months kid,any suggestion from your end.

I am 28 and 40kg with approximate 5 height. I know i can t grow but weight gain is possible atleast nearly to 48 kgs. Can u suggest me, am vegetarian.

i am married having one kid i want to loss my weight please suggest me any way.the delivery was a operation ans because of that also i gained so much weight. my weight is 81 kgs so pls help me in this matter.
