Live a balanced life

A balanced life means, required sleep, required food, required body movements. With this a healthy, positive and tension free thinking towards yourself and toward world is very much required. Any where disblance cause you to suffer obesity(fat) or weakness. Body is a machine to keep on moving. Extra work without rest damage it and extra rest without work damage it. you have watch you requirement and try to give your required balanced approach to it otherwise you we be in trouble either this way or that way. Any chages in body take some times, suppose you want to thin let the body allow slowly to become less fat over week, month, or may be year. Try to force instant result may give you the result in one way but damage you in other many side. It is very much assure you will or you can get what you want may be not in one day, may in months or years.
But be oberservative about yourself.
So
Take well sleep
Do hard work so that every point of your body become active
Eat a balanced of all diet
Eat less not least
keep your self happy (prime factor)
care others
care your self
speak soft and meaningful
keep your self fear free
like these thing will give meaning of life.

Yoga is the best way to loose the weight.
without gym and all those very expensive gadgets.
try it just seeing that aashta channel.
its perfect and it helped me to loose weight as well as control other problems.
its 100% effective and excellent way to keep urself fit.
now just dont say yaga cant do weight reduction.
its doing. one cant ignore the benefit people are getting from it.
keep eyes wide open

Hi, I am Surojit male 38 love to have good Bengali food, habits of 4/5 pegs of whisky everyday. My triglyceride are so high (last taken 435) along with typical stomach problems. I faced accidents twice & due to that have problem in legs, cant run & also walk in slow pace. My height is 6ft & wait is 88kg & working in advertising agency. I am suffering from these diseases from last 4 years & take 6/7 medicines everyday. Want to leave well with less physical problems. Please advice...
