In todays life wherein survival in a particular organisation is even more difficult than getting through the same. Always ensure from the day1 that you use a proper & effective methoud of communication be it to yous sup's or people who report to you. Even if you happen to disagree to some decisions taken by higher aouthorities, do not make it a point to have a catfight over it, but rather sitback & explain to them or share what ideas or suggestions you have got to improve the same. Always make sure that, you make effective use of electornic devices available in the office to avoid a scene at workplace. Taking your seniors out for a lunch or coffee if its a very severe matter & needs a privacy would be a good alternative. Always remeber managers do not find problems but new opportunities in difficulties. So express yourself & sort out the issues from time to time.
doing home work on the the ideas, we are generating always works out.Getting an idea is never been in random. our mind tends to do lot of excercise. Though we feel we got an innovative idea with in fraction of the movement, there behind the hard work of mind. regardless how intelectual the man is, he has to put it on paper and remind to himself, when world sleeps. there by it may be once blowed out as world's turning point.
As it is said that need is the mother of all inventions certaily if we thick laterally with our open for every idea regardless how fruitful it will be at first stage we can get no of ideas. If we analyse them according to feasibility better one can be fabricated from the raw product idea .eg I work in Project management company band I have to minimise execution time of my project I will start with total cycle time and required cycle time . If i have to selet vendor I will go for Delivery time first and renew my search accordingly. So these kind of small ideas ca also be very useful.
