It is creativity and value addition to processes in the company, which will ultimately impact the bottomline and topline of organisations that will benefit an employee in terms of job security and career growth.

Ideas require to beat the challanges or problems and for this an attitude is very important that 'YOU/I/WE CAN DO IT'. Secondly, a problem alway stand in front of you like an enemy and to defeat your enemy one need to know the enemy.
