Sir I am 27 yrs old and I have a policy already in my name. But I am more concerned about my parents as they are more prone to problems. Is there any policy that I can undertake in their name and get a tax benefit as well. My father is salaried . Plss suggest
If I have a Mediclaim policy from CompanyA which insures me for Rs. 2,00,000 & another from CompanyB which insures me again for Rs. 2,00,000.
Now if my Medical expenses come out to be Rs. 3,00,000 can I club the 2 policies to claim the entire amount? (I would be tempted to go for 2 mediclaim policies because their premiums give me tax benefits under Sec 80D)
Dear Sir, I fully agree that all insurance companies go hell over heels to get premium money by hook or crook later while settling claims all sort of excuses are made ; Secondly the concept of the T.P.A's create their own sort of problems instead of solving like they try to be more loyal than the king.
