I am 23 yrs and is originally fair in complexion. But since 1 month my facial skin color has been changed and skin became dry with dark circles around eyes. Please suggest me some remedies to cure my problem.

dear sir, my hair are becoming white day by day. at present 45% hair are white. my hair are also falling while bathing. Firstly I used to mustred oil for many years. from last two i am using clinic plus oil.
