Whenever i go out i got sun burns around my neck area even after using sunscreen lotions. The area where sun burns occurs become red and itching starts on that part. I was having this problem in winter also but now in just started summer this problem is increasing.

I am applying vaseline for years to my hands to ged rid of dry skin but my hands have become dark and cracky. Around the joint, skin has become very dark. Please suggest how to get rid of this.
