I am a married women & nowadyas I am pregnenet I want to be in shape after delivery. Please mail me the tips of excersises to reduce the weight arround the tummy & hips & back shoulders.
I am 46 years old. I am the mother of two children. I am a diabetic and hypertensive.Before the birth of my children, it was not that I was exactly thin but after their birth, I have gained at least 18kg. The weight distribution is more over my stomach and thighs. I would like to know how to reduce the excess weight. By the way, I go for a regular walk in the mornings for 30 minutes. But I do not seem to lose any weight. I would be thankful if you helped me to solve this problem. Thank you Uma

watch 'aastha' channel daily from 0500 to 0730 and do yoga alongwith all the asanas and exercises sincerely and the right way. anulom-vilom and kapalbhati Pranayam-1/2 hr. each(alternate 5 mins.), asanas and exercises-1 hr.. do not take fatty foods.
