I am 40years male and my profession is Customer Service Support in IT I do not have fat all over my body except my tummy. How I can reduce the fat from my tummy. Even I have started morning walk. I walk for about 30minutes brisk walk even then I dont find any suitable result.
unused fat gets deposited in the waist. eat 5 times a day but one fifth of what you normally eat. avoid fast and junjy foods like pizza, pani poori , pav bhaji etc. which contains junk oil. eat more of spruts and greens because to get these digested, your stomach has to burn more fat. more so you will feel energetic since the green vegetables will have enough proteins & add a b-complex tablet to your green meal.
coming to exercise -walking 5 km in 45 - 50 minutes will burn yor fat.
-lie flat on the floor. hold any support with your hands and start bringing your legs above your face and after a little hold, go back to normal position(movement shud b smooth).do this for 5 time and gradually increase it.
- after a minute rest after the above exercise, lift only your legs ( no folding on the knees ) 12 inches above the ground and hold for a minute ( or count 60 ) bring it down to 3 inches above the floor ( no touching floor) . again raise to 12 inches hold. try this for 10 times. you will actualy see the stomach vibrating.

i think you can go for cardio workouts such as walking swimming .if not just apply skipping for at least 15 minutes.it is also agood way.apply crunches 30-40 times.avoid a sedentary life style.keep eye on your food 7always sit straightly.best of luck

hey even i have worked in night shifts.well if you are workin in a bpo then your problem is basically lack of movement and abnormal diet..you should keep a check on your diet and try 2 b more active.try 2 take calls on d move, plus a few crunches wouldnt harm.and d best way 2 keep a flat tummy in such shifts is to make sure that u devote atleast 1 hr of workout everyday including 30 mins cardios and 30 mins of abdominal and streching exersicing..it works
i am 35 yrs old my name is lavina i have two children after the birth of my first child i had thyroid (hyper) after the birth of 2nd baby my wieght is 70 kgs the baby is 21/2 years old how do i loose my weight 2nd baby was by scissors.i do excersises but there is no weight loose my stomach looks as if i am 7 months pregrenent. pls advice .
