talking about newly inducted ministers please what is the training program they are suppose to under go before starting their job. as u know telling ' perform or perish ' sounds great and heroic but how to make them perform.

Most of the new entrants to the ministry are put under experienced Cabinet Ministers from whom they may seek counsel. There are senior officers at Secretary level. If one evinces interest in performance by devoting fully it might not be a problem. As regards senior ministers there is no second argument. They have to perform from the word 'go'.
it seems finally things are happenning . soniaji is finally talking in decisive terms . this is very refreshing and we must congratulate her for displaying confidence and determination. but how to assess the performances and is their a team of experts doing the same pl clarify?

True. Some mechanism should be evolved and review at regular intervals be done.

well said antony...the top 5 ministers in Cong are too good...Manmohan, Pranab, Chidambaram, Antony, Krishna...no one can challenge them on integrity and honesty
