Since Dr Singh is having sufficient majority to run the Govt, he should set a strict check on all the members of his council of Ministers. For this purpose, he should have "watch dog squad" consisting of sincere and honest (proven beyond doubts) of retired Govt servants & Supreme/High Court Judges. As and when he receives any complaint against a minister from the public, it should be confidentially referred to the "watch dog squad" who will discreetly enquire into the complaints and render a report to the Govt. Dr Singh also should try to curtail the unwarranted expenditure incurred by different Ministries towards foreign trips, really a complex matter, to be again referred to the "watch dog squad". The names of the "watch dog squad" appointed by Dr Singh should not be divulged to any of his Ministers for obvious reason. Many more suggestions are there to improve upon the governance of Dr Singh's council of Minister. Dr Singh is really a thorough gentleman with utmost sincerity, whereas a few of his cabinet colleages are not so, he will come to know these details during the course of time
Now they got the job of Minister, so they are starting to fill their pocket first and all other things in rest. Dr. Singh is only a honest and clean person and all others whoever they are just making money only. It is very difficult to find honest people in the Ministires, so the clean and good govt. not possible until honest, young educated people takes these jobs only can save India and can get a honest govt. As per the survey in this election 41 Criminals contested election from Congrees Party and 42 from BJP. So

what is the basic qualification, if any ? any age limit ? Caste limitation ? Fees, is it free ? Payable only if one gets the ministry ? Correspondence course ?
Andhra Pradesh is given only 5 ministerial berths in central cabinet despite it had given the highest number of seats for UPA. Congress is neglecting Andhra Pradesh, it seems that it do not want the support of AP, consequently they may lose seats from AP, if such neglecting will going on.

6 out of 6 karnataka 100% is wrong...only two Veerappa moily and Mallikarjun Kharge are MPs others are backdoor entry...rajyasabha...including SM Krishnay
SM Krishna and Veerappa moily are well educated and they deserve the seat. other karnataka ministers got the seat just becouse of their loyality to congress and their age..
Whilst I agree that anything should not be dominated by a family, why should Mr. Maran or Mr. Azhagiri be disqualified to become minister just because they are related to DMK supremo? It is a tight rope walking for congress; If congress has withdrawn support in TN and dissolved assembly and DMK & co spends all sorts of money to get their own majority, what happens?
So long as people vote for money - this will continue. what is the point in fuming after failing to do the duty - we must admit that the voter turn out has been higher in areas where DMK won - does this indicate anything?
As Predicted in my previous message few days back, Andhra is sidelined in Ministry formation. It's time for chandrababu and Chiranjeevi to join hands on this Issue and ensure Importance for Andhra.

Miniters will not represent the state, Dont go by the states. Also as in Andhra Congress have the state government they can deffinitely carry on the work with the state leadership. whereas in Karnataka they are not ruling and they have to give the responsibilities to some one.

The grand old party is back to its age old way of doing politics based on loyalty (to the Gandhi family, not the party), archaic caste and regional equations. Non-performing ministers like MS Gill are back and so are regional 'heavy weights' (I am not sure how much weight they carry with the voter ) like Mallikarjun Kharge, Vilas Rao Deshmukh and Virbhadra Singh. By some quirk of imagination a state like Uttar Pradesh(which sends 80 members to the parliament) has 1 minister of state for every 16 seats whereas much smaller states like Delhi (3 for 7 seats) and Rajasthan (6 on 25 odf) have a bounty. I wonder what the voters of UP feel about their recent change of heart. If only this had been done for merit one could see the point. This country needs a political party that is progressive (economically and socially) and efficient. Recent developments show that the congress refuses to be that, are the BJP and others listening??
