Well I just read in these columns, Raja is husband of Karuna daughter. His son, is another guy for post. Then most desrving guy is Maran. But these 3 crooks, Son, daughter ahd her husband, wants Minister post. So that they can do robbery of Indians. Most desrving person from TN, Maran is side lined, for sake of these thiefs. Oh GOD, what a stupid Democracy is going on in India. Tamils are really BIG FOOL to elect this idiot Karuna at first place.

Congress should withdraw support from his ministry and go for re-election. Then only crook like Karuna will get a lession for life. Most important is person should be honest, with integrity. Tell me why people are still praising MARAN, but every one knows, what bungling RAJA did, what BALU did. They are ROBBERS. Bring some good guy, we will appreciate, who do a good governance. It is not TN, it is question of whole INDIA. Do not gorget. Do what ever you want in your PIT of TN.
The Congress does not want to give the prime ministry to its allies, in the pretext these are prone to corruption. That means, the congress do not want its allies to make money; but they want their people to make money. This is the simple logic. thatis all.

Perhaps you do not know. RAJA and BALU were corrupt most Ministers in last Govt. Probably they looted for Karuna. So Karuna wants them baxck for LOOT. Tamils, grow, otherwise Lanka will finish you for ever.
MK - all family members are idiots and illiterates, whereas Maran's two sons are literate, that is why they are shining, it is good for Dayanidhi.

Mr. Azagiri was acquited in the murder case unlike Mr. Sibu Soren who was convicted and later on let off. If that can is acceptable to PM and others in the Congress why not Azagiri? No matter it is India not HINDIA or Englishia? There is no act says who do not know Hindi or English to become a Minister? What about Dr. Anbumoni Ramdass and Dayanidhi Maran who have served the earlier Government when they entered for the first time. All these are bullshit. Congress is now proud and head weight, but the reality is only negative votes have favoured Congress not possitive votes. These will change in the next election.

DmK list had son and party head of the southern districts MK Azhagiri and grandnephew Maran were suggested as Cabinet Ministers. Daughter Kanimozhi was suggested as an MoS with independent charge. Other three Ministers of State were Dalit leader AKS Vijayan, Jagat Rakshkan and Gandhi Selvan.
This list was totally acceptable to the Congress, but things went wrong when Rasathi demanded a Cabinet berth for daughter Kanimozhi at the expense of Maran, revealed the DMK leader. Rasathi argued with Karunanidhi, saying it was not fair to give a Cabinet berth to Azhagiri, the elder son of first wife Dayalu Ammal, while making Kanimozhi only an MoS. She argued that for Kanimozhi to be accommodated, Maran would have to go in case the number of Cabinet berths could not be increased. This suggestion created all sort of troubles inside the family. Meanwhile, Karunanidhis elder daughter MK Selvi who is also an aunt of Maran came to his rescue, he added.
The leader added that Congress leaders, including Ghulam Nabi Azad, aired their displeasure on the move to remove Maran and the party refused to increase the Cabinet berth quota for the DMK. Then Rasathi demanded that Azhagiri be given the MoS (independent) charge. On hearing of this, a furious Azhagiri declared that none could downsize him. The low point for Baalu was when truckers went on strike twice within six months, in July 2008 and January 2009.
He frequently changed the chairman of NHAI, the prime implementing agency for highway projects. The 2007-08 financial year saw four NHAI chairpersons being replaced. Baalu was known for meddling too much in NHAI affairs, especially transfers. Baalu cornered most projects for Tamil Nadu, his home State, at the cost of other States. It led to disparity in highway development among States. The Ministry statistics reveal that the State has cornered the most number of four-laning projects in India, the maximum length of highways under National Highway Development Programme and even pilot projects.

Spectrum scam, considered the mother of all scams, had led to the loss of more than Rs 1 lakh crore to the public exchequer. Licences were given on first-come-first-served basis, ignoring TRAI/ Finance recommendations. Licences were given on October 2008 at a price fixed in 2001.
Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) in the first week of May had filed preliminary findings on the blatant corruption in allotting 2G spectrum at throwaway prices to real estate companies in the telecom sector. The spectrum allotment has been challenged in the Delhi High Court and the court has already observed its displeasure on the procedure followed.
Rejecting all clarifications of the Telecom Ministry, the CVC has gone on record saying it would fix responsibility for the irregularities in June. The CVC had already observed that the Ministry had facilitated the new telecom companies to offload their shares at whopping prices.
Swan Telecom got the licence for Rs 1,537 crore and offloaded its 45 per cent share within months to UAE-based Etisalat for Rs 4,500 crore. Similarly, Unitech bagged licence for Rs 1,650 crore and offloaded its 60 per cent shares to Norway-based Telenor for Rs 6,000 crore. As Telenor is operating in Pakistan and Bangladesh, the Home Ministry withheld sanction.
Raja forced BSNL to enter into an MoU with Swan Telecom just two days before the Etisalat deal. In the controversial MoU, no mention was made about the rates. This was apparently done
