does BJP lost election?
by fokatsingh on May 18, 2009 07:30 PM  | Hide replies

BJP as a party has 16 less seats from 2004 election, this less number can be justified as there were more partners in NDA in 2004 and due to breakups this is the loss BJP got.
The only looser in this election in Advani as this election was become Advani VS ALL.
Statistically BJP is almost at the same place as 2004 but surely congress moved ahead and got a BIG chunk of seats from various parties.

PS: I am not a BJP supporter, just putting my views.

Thats exactly what happened. People voted for people who they thought were talking more sense. People who were discussing economy and progress were elected and people who were busy insulting the PM...calling sonia gandhi waitress, rahul gandhi baccha etc etc... were defeated.

MNS in Maharashtra helpped Congis in gettig 12 Seats. Chiranjeevi helpped them in AP. Infighting among the Left front helpped them in Kerala and mishandling of Nandigram helpped in WB. There may be similar instances from other States also.

JGN areyou know, in Karnataka the JD(S) helps BJP to get 19 seats. In Bihar Congress helps BJP and JD(U). The BSP helps BJP in Gujrath and other states of India. In fact the percentage of voting in favour lesser than other parties. In future the will decrease very low because the Indians are knows very fact of BJP divid and rule.

Then you are still in high-school. It was the Congis who always divided the Indians in the name of caste, creed, colour, re1igion, region, etc. Babri Masjid issue was a creation of Congis. The then PM Rajiv Gandhi opened the gates of the disputed structure to the H1ndus for worshipping in the wake of Shah Bano Case. L.K. Advani and Syed Sahabuddin took advantage of that opportunity and the rest, as the saying goes, is history.

If BJP not playing on caste and religion cards. Then openly declare that from today the BJP will never use issue of Babari Masjid, the muslim can go and construct the mosque on disputed place.

I always wrote and spoke against Rathyatri Advani. That gave me some creative satisfaction and relief from my regular work.

When he lost the election, suddenly I did not know what to do.

My grooming never allowed me to comment / criticise a [ politically ] dead man.

And I was terribly sad and subdued.

Now, I have a purpose to visit Rediff message board.

Now that Shri Shri Rathyatri is politically alive, I would be active too.

This time while facing MMS, Advani got to know who is the tallest leader.

Next time, when Advani faces Rahul, i would love to see out who would remain tallest leader standing!!

Till then, let the show go on. It's business as usual.

truth?
by fokatsingh on May 18, 2009 07:24 PM  | Hide replies

I am not a BJP supporter but the massive victory of congress candidates is not digestible even for seasoned congressmans, in my constituency a congress candidate won against a BJP one who was a winner from last six elections.
Don’t others feel this may be a biggest conspiracy of history, entire media, election commission, law enforcement agencies, central investigation agencies and ruling party are so much aligned with each other.
it's a fact that when everything looks straight and very clear there may be something cooked up underneath

this is a democracy set up. If every one as mentioned by you are against BJP, it simply means they do not have the support of the majority

Also, Indians are used to slave mentality and they learn things in the hard way
