One should not forget the good work done by the UPA in general and the infrastructure development of Tamil Nadu in particular. The mandate clearly show that the people of Tamil Nadu are not averse to DMK. The very fact that DMK has improved its tally from 16 to 18 is a clear indication of the good work done by them. Infact the number of seats won by AIADMK were earlier held by its present poll partners. Tamil Nadu people have taught a lesson to PMK for its changing camps election to election. Instead of accepting the defeat magnanimously like Shri.L.K.Advaniji and assuring full co-operation to the new Government, we see accusation against each other in Tamil Nadu. Just imagine if both the DMK and AIADMK work together to what height Tamil Nadu will reach.
The Election - 2009 might look like favour of DMK but the arithmatic has went in favour of DMK. But, there are other factors 1) AIADMK was against LTTE initially. Only at the end Jayalalitha spoke in favour of seperate tamil elam. So..people who had wanted to vote for AIADMK went in favour of DMK as they felt that this atleast give stable givernment in centre
2) People surely VOTED against DMK but vote share of DMDK and some of the new parties did the trick for DMK to win.
3) The election is surely taught some lesson for caste & Religion based political parties.

the people who knows JJ attitude and arrogancy will never be voting for ADMK irrespectove of sudden change in her stand over LTTE.
Though division of votes by DMDK favoured the triumph of UPA in TN. The KMP (Gownder party) played a decisive role in Kongu belt with ADMK&CO winning most of the seats.
PMK trounce in elections must be consolidated and should carry forward in all comming elections.

Hello, atleast accept the fact now. Tamilians does not like PMK or MDMK. Tjey are always talking about Srilankan Tamilians. They want to help Srilankan Tamilians. They don't want to talk/ do anything for the INDIAN TAMILIANS. Tamil public proved that they are NOT FOOLS AND NOBODY CAN MAKE THEM FOOLS LIKE PMK or VAIKO
The DMK impressive performance may be attributed to it money power. But still 12 seat were won by ADMK front. 1) A novice in Trichy beats a familiar candidate. 2) Mani Shankar aiyer falls to OS Manian. So money power could not necessarily go well with voters and people votes for change.
1) PMK loosing all seats was the most admirable voting pattern of people, this is remarkable. Ramdoss & company should go and should mark the begining of decline of all caste based parties. 2) the newly formed KMP ( Gownder party) should see it as a lesson. 3) BJP was hopeful in Ramnad,Kanyakumari. Ramnad district was the one which was expected to benefit immensly by SSCP, BJP cried foul there and lost Kanyakumari with 5.5 Lac christain voters 50,000 Muslim votes has to split between three christian candidates and make a smooth way for CP Radha krishnan. But the christian voters decided dump the other two and vote en mass for DMK led to its win. With there pattern BJP should forget about winning this constituency any more. 3) South chennai has also rejected BJP because the split in votes may pave way for the smooth sailing on DMK and votes in enmass for ADMK.
BJP communal card will never won them votes unless they allign with dravidian parties.
I prey God that There shall be split in congress after July 22 Grahana which is not going to be good. All erring politicians esp Sonia family, MK families shall be put to severe difficulties. Reason they use money to win election. I also prey God that all useless junk electral officials shall be given punishment from YAMA Dharma. Street fight is not ruled out in TN. sample is Bharathi Raja office attack by disgrunted cong workers. Same workers may do for DMK offices also. The time is not too far on some other issues.

is that same graha will not play havoc in BJP will lead to it split, as the history tells people come together in winning and it is difficult to keep together in Loss.
Inspite of Junk electorate officers BJP was able to win 16 seats in Karnataka, was the election commission post good officers in KA knowing that BJP will do well there.
when you talk about attacks on people yout favourite JJ sets a pattern with attacks on PC, TN Seshan, Lawyer Vijayan etc.

but news being speculated that KARUNA will ask cabinet berths for all his family ( Maran.Kanimozhi and Azhagiri) members is not a good sign. He should also dump Raja, Baalu giving chances to new faces.

Dayanidhi is only fit for a Minister. He doesn't have the capabilities to be a PM.
He is just a meedia savvy and puppet of Karunanidhi family and managed the Communications & IT ministry with the help of bureaucrats. Compared to Mr.Lalu Yadav, he has not done nothing big.
