How the smuggling is going on in BC road.... How many bombs you are able to manufacture this time?

From your comments, what I can read is you are a Byari man who is trying to mislead people with your ugly mindset towards Hindus. You believe that you belong to Muslim world of Laden and that makes you feel like opposing BJP.

This is great news, the Indian voter has matured and punished parties which are responsible for communal violence, spreading message of hate, dividing the country, spreading message of hate. India is great, with such a long history of pluralism, diversity it is good to see that the voters believe in that and to punish parties that have been going against this principle.

You are generalising the election results my friend. As always, 40% people didnt vote. And India is running by these 40% and not those 60% who voted. 60% who voted are always vote banks of Congress. And Mr. varun must have taken favours from SG to chrew up muslim votes for BJP.

So dont rush to conclusions. Lets see how 2014 elections will turn out to be. Hope people of India realise, and will go to vote and if we reach 90% turnout, then we can decide who is punished, and who is not. Else those 55-60% are dumb, and vote for favours. They cannot make any judgements.

PS: please observe whereveer the turnout was more, BJP has made gain. Any explanations?

Oh really, the total number of votes they have got in Gujarat for instance has come down. Overall the total number of votes they got in 2009 versus 2004 as comes down 3.5%. Congress has got 10% more votes than BJP in this election versus a difference of 3%, in 2014 it will be 20% or more. Communal violence and hatred is the biggest mistake and it should always be punished.

Tan, from where did you get this info? As per Report in today's The Times of India, the vote share of BJP in Gujarat is 0.9% down from 2004 to 46.5% and Congress also down 0.5% to 43.4%

We need 2 party system
by SSSSS on May 18, 2009 01:15 PM  | Hide replies

First and foremost, congratulations to North India voters. You are closely moving towards two party system.

For people, who says BJP should wind up, think before you speak. What will happen if all parties die? Only congress? No elections. They will rule as they like, and you will all be slaves again. No democracy, No secularism (as you claim congress is secular party). Exploitation, rape, murder etc would be daily.

So we always need a strong opposition. People should be winners. If party-1 performs bad, they should have choice of party-2,a nd vice-versa.

Please explain me the alternative party to this country, by all those who are speaking ill of BJP (or NDA). You all sound as half baked cakes. Show me an alternative national party other than congress and bjp in India. Because you hate hindus or hindu leaders, dont make it a agenda. Your thoughts tell how cheap you can think. You all fail in the big picture. You know if people like you come to power, what will happen? India will be land of dogs. Take this down in red letters.

A two party system is important ... as you point out it ensures checks and balances. India should have a two party/multi-party system but the second party or other parties don't neccessarily have to be parties that practise communal violence, and spread the message of communal hatred. The Indian voter has punished these parties by not voting for them...India is great!

Also, because some leaders in BJP are bad, it doesnt say whole BJP is bad. People who support BJP necessarily dont follow the idealogy of the people you mention here. We support BJP as an alternative to Congress. I agree if you say BJP needs to mend its policies and screw some oldies out. But if BJP is gone, then India will loose freedom.

silly issues
by Critic on May 18, 2009 01:14 PM

donot understand why the Sanghis keep on raking the same issues in spite of a clear verdict by the people.

First right of resources comment:
In a family if you have, say 5, children and 2 of them are weak. Would the parents not give their first priority to them. Does that mean they dont love the other 3. NO, you are being brain washed by the sangh parivar. In country that has 9% growth PA, everyone is not on the same path. Some people have been neglected and need help by the govt so that they too get along with us.

Ajmal Kasab & Afzal Guru:
Everybody including the judge himself has seen him firing on the television. It is just that unlike Pakistan, we are a civilized society and we give fair trial to everyone. Imagine what would have happened if Varun was not given a fair trial. He was openly seen saying those words and yet he was given a fair chance. It is an open and close case. NDA sat on it 5 years, then you didnot have anything to say.

Media:
Media has been more than fair. I didnot see any instance where both the parties have not been given chance to tell their side of the story. I regularly see jaitely, javdekar, punj, ravishankar prasad, rajhnath singh, kulkarni on the media. They did put their point very clearly. But India was not satisfied with their answers. Right wing should accept the peoples verdict and be a constructive opposition and not find silly excuses

When mosalmans reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions (Paris — car burnings, etc.). Any non-mosalman action that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats (Amsterdam — Mohammed cartoons).
Guyana — mosalman 10%
India — mosalman 13.4%
Israel — mosalman 16%
Kenya — mosalman 10%
Russia — mosalman 10-15%

100% will usher in the peace of "Dar-es-Salaam" — the Islamic House of Peace — there’s supposed to be peace because everybody is a mosalman:
Afghanistan — mosalman 100%
Saudi Arabia — mosalman 100%
Somalia — mosalman 100%
Yemen — mosalman 99.9%
Of course, that’s not the case. To satisfy their blood lust, mosalmans then start killing each other for a variety of reasons.

Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life. It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my family against my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribe against the world and all of us against the infidel".— Leon Uris, "The Haj"
It is good to remember that in many, many countries, such as France, the mosalman populations are centered around ghettos based on their ethnicity. mosalmans do not integrate into the community at large. Therefore, they exercise more power than their national average would indicate.

I am ashamed to born in a country where:

1. people vote for a party that is responsible for all ills in the country.

2. people vote for a party that is responsible for super high prices of food, clothing and shelter even in times of recession.

3.people vote for a party that that is responsible for crores of job losses.

4.people vote for a party that conveniently insults and harm hindus while even afraid of hanging afzal guru.

5.Ashamed to be a born as a hindu ,worst spineless religion in the world that likes to be kicked and abused in every possible ways but will vote for congress even in case of worst governance record.

Even in US one can not win election and succed in other spheres unless he converts to christianity and and blessing of church eg. obama ,bobby jindal ,shymalan etc.

Now i know the reason why our country was slave for 1000 years and sure that it will continue to be so as they like to live in grief and humiliation.

make development the main issue.
by Audrey DMello on May 18, 2009 12:21 PM

In a secular country, when leaders want to fight elections, they should talk to the people about their development stratergy and not about caste, religion and other irrelevent things which do not take the country forward.I wish the new government stops celebrating and starts working for the people right now if they want another term in office.
