UPA lucky....
by brookie on May 17, 2009 08:58 AM  | Hide replies

UPA just lucky that it got the majority otherwise if the voter is not blind to rising food prices, terrorism, insecurity, job loss and recession.

In many states like Andhra, anti-congress vote split and gave narrow margin victories for loksabha candidates. In most of the states, electorate didnt differentiate local and loksabha elections hence it was local issues that effected the mandate. In an issueless election like this where BJP failed to gain over Congi anti people policies, the result is infront of us.... But UPA is in good times but not india....

Hard to swallow the truth huh? Well, BJP doesn't deserve to lead this nation after all the pogroms allowed by them.

Today is a good day for people who respect the rights of every Indian citizen to live in freedom and without state permitted terror

Why Con-gresss always wins elections....................
by Sachin best on May 17, 2009 08:32 AM  | Hide replies

Why Con-gress always wins elections, The formula is very simple, Normally in Lok sabha polls only 50-60% voting takes place in all constituencies, in all states and in all phases, In this elections only 50% voting has taken place among which the following people vote:

1.30-35% Lower caste H1ndus(SC/ST/BC).

2.15% Musl1ms.

3.5% Xt1ans.

Now together they form 50%^ of voters but when voting is only 50% then their vote share is 85-90% which is nothing but vote bank of Con-gress, Even if the votes get spilt Con-gress still gets 45% of vote share which is enough to win elections.

In short 50% of H1ndus dont vote at all and they are mostly:

1.Upper caste H1ndus.

2.Middle class H1ndus.

3.Upper middle class H1ndus :-)

:-)

This is the stupid religious politics that upper caste hindus always vouch for. Well, good that all people get equal rights.

If bjp keeps playing these cheap communal games, they will forever be treated like trash.

As more and more people get educated, people like Maya will become immaterial. There is no reservation, caste or religon for the well off. As India progresses economically, the political scenario too will change.
